We have included some information below on all the services you are going to receive and our basic guidelines. Don’t worry, we don’t fill it with any of that legal mumbo jumbo, just a simple outline of what you get and what you need to do to help us.
Services: Here is what we are going to do for you…
All the set up and inputting of your desired information, which includes initial optimization of your profile as well as uploading of your photos and unlimited customer service to help you fine tune your listing. You also receive professional photo cropping and editing, including superimposing your name on photos (if desired). It also includes professional copy write of your listing for descriptions and information. The service plan also includes monitoring and fine tuning your listing to maintain maximum results every month, so long as you remain a customer. Lastly our service will also provide you with unlimited web and internet consultation.
Information: Here is what we need from you…
Now your profile will be built with any information received by the sales agent or from any website that you may have given us on the first call. If you are already thinking of things you should have mentioned, then please email us at Info@MyDirectoryMD.com with any information you wish to place immediately. But don’t panic, a customer service representative will contact you when the initial profile is built to assist in any changes or updates you wish to make as well.
Please make sure that all information you provide us is legal, decent, honest and truthful, that it is not defamatory, and in no way infringes the rights of any third party. Please note that Directory MD will be held harmless against any costs, claims, demands and expenses with respect to any infringement.
Service Payment Plan: Here is how the payments work…
The payment terms of this service plan shall be as follows: A one-time, non-refundable fee to activate your account (Includes 1st 30 days of services!). Following the initial payment, a monthly fee of $79 will begin 30 days from the initial charge. This agreement is month to month and can be canceled at anytime.
Cancelation: Doesn’t happen much, but if you have to…
If you wish to cancel please let us know within 5 days of your next due date. We don’t require any type of certified mail or notarized documents; simply notify us by Email at cancel@MyDirectoryMD.com we will reply with a confirmation for your records. If you do not receive an email confirming your cancelation please contact us at 877.551-2094 ext #1120. Please make sure you include your full business name, phone number and address on the email. Directory MD has no cancellation fees and will never penalize you for canceling your service. The program is month to month and therefore no refunds or prorated returns are provided.
